I love to journal. It’s a big part of my morning routine and sometimes my evening routine as well. When I first started keeping a journal, sometimes I didn’t know what the heck to write about. I’m well into a routine now and have learned that it’s beneficial to write just about anything as long as I keep up the habit. But, sometimes I like to look for fresh ideas just so I don’t start to feel bored.
